after watchin the video again and knowing the bike is a suzuki, the indicator signal light is not in view so its hard to prove he didnt indicate.
altho the odds are stacked against him, you never know.

still the car drivers fault IMO for not being spacially aware, if you cant hear or see a super bike behind you then you shouldnt be on the road.
